Senator Strickland congratulates Senator Limón as the first Latina sworn in as Senate pro Tempore

Senator Tony Strickland (R-Huntington Beach) has released the following statement congratulating Senator Monique Limón, who has been officially sworn in today as the 50th Senate Pro Tempore:
